Dispatch, shipping and returns & refunds
Dispatch
Our team dispatches orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from our Auckland warehouse location.
If Online Bank Transfer is your preferred method of payment, it will take approximately 1-2 working days before we receive the payment and can process your order. If you would like to confirm the receipt of your payment, please send your proof of transaction to our customer support team at info@babystepsnz.co.nz
Online orders can be collected in person at our head office located at 19 Mahunga Drive, Mangere Bridge, Auckland 2022. Collection is available Monday - Friday during business hours (9am – 4pm).
An email will be sent to confirm when your order is ready for pick-up. To avoid any inconvenience, please wait to receive the email before coming to collect.
All orders receive a tracking number when dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking information is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

At this stage we only ship to New Zealand addresses, however we do have global distribution partners. If you do not live in New Zealand but wish to purchase Baby Steps products, please contact us at info@babystepsnz.co.nz
Returns and Refunds
As our products are consumables for babies and infants, we cannot accept any returns due to not being able to guarantee storage conditions, tampering of previously purchased product, etc.
This applies to instances where the wrong product has been ordered as well so please take extra care when placing your order.
